PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A year-long research and design project focused on developing a modular and adaptable accessory dwelling unit. The Crate House utilizes easily accessible materials sourced from applications beyond those used in standard architectural practice (i.e. industrial, automotive, etc.). Once assembled, the small space acts as a platform to live symbiotically with its natural surroundings.
